Growth Engineer

What we’re looking for

Emerge is building the future of mobile development. We already offer an extensive suite of tooling for both iOS and Android (Size Analysis, Performance Analysis & Snapshots) and work closely with many of the biggest & best companies in mobile (DoorDash, Square, Airbnb, Duolingo, Dropbox, Bumble and Stripe).

At Emerge, we don't have a traditional enterprise sales or marketing team and strongly believe in being an automation and technically lead organization. Our first growth engineer is a generalist role working on anything from direct product improvements to blog posts to technical demos with customers. This role will work closest with the CEO & Technical Lead.

An ideal candidate

Thrives in a fast moving, self-starter environment (we strive for a culture similar to Gitlab, but adapted for a small team)
Ability to understand and explain deep technical concepts
A good eye for design (Figma experience is a plus)
Strong technical writing skills + experience growing a community
Experience with Next.js, React, Tailwind and Typescript
